Cored 30 holes at 150mm into concrete for installation of shopping trolley bays.

Client installing trolley bays at Woolworths carpark.  We Cored 75 holes at 150mm into asphalt making their job easier to install the bollards.

Werribee Zoo – Gorilla Enclosure

Client wanted to locate any voids in core filled block wall.  We scanned wall and provided a report about what we found in scanning the wall.

Concrete cutters had cut through slab and in the process cut through in ground sewer and other plumbing services.  Requested we attend locate sewer and other pipe work so no further damage could be done.  Also requested we core and jack hammer slab around damaged pipe work to allow for repairs to be made.

Princess Park Carlton

Storm water grate required to be installed.  However live power buried in ground.  Client requested we located power and dig trench for grate installation.  1.5 tonne excavator used by one of our qualified and experienced operators.  Trench dug successfully and grate installed on time without damage to any existing services.

Coles Tooronga

Client engaged in refurb of Coles.  Requested us at late notice to core a total of 55 holes of various sizes.  All holes needed to scanned for power and Post Tensions cable.  Works needed to be completed after hours and finished before store opened next morning. Cores were on shop floor and suck down rigs were required so as not to damage finished floor and Hilti wet vac used with slurry rings to minimize mess.

Client, National Plumbing, requested core holes for plumbing in tenancy fit out be marked out, scanned and cored.  Our experienced technicians, who have a background in trade, were able to complete the task and exceed the clients expectation.

The client, National Plumbing, required an excavator and experienced operator to complete excavation works for drainage installation.  National Concrete Scanning were able to provide an experienced operator and excavator and complete the job on time and under budget.

The client, National Plumbing, needed a large hole dug for a grease trap installation.  The project was in a poorly accessible location.  National Concrete Scanning and Coring were able to again provide the right operator and the right piece of machinery to get the job done on time and under budget.

Ascot Vale Special School

The client, Spaces Design Group, were designing new ramps and access lifts for the school.  They required an investigation of the slab and walls which were proposed to be demolished.  This included the location and depth of the sewer and any live services.  We used our concrete scanning technology, drain camera and technician trade knowledge to compile comprehensive reports.

The client, Aston Consulting, required investigation of the concrete slab and current sewer location and depth for proposed works.  Specifically they wanted to know slab depth, beam locations and spacings.  National Concrete Scanning and Coring were able to use their concrete scanning technology, drain camera and locator and trade knowledge to provide comprehensive reports.

The client, Spaces Design Group, were engaged to design new ramps for the school.  They required National Concrete Scanning and Coring to investigate and provide reports and marked up plans of any services that would be affected by excavation to install ramps.

National Concrete Scanning and Coring were engaged by Z.S Consulting to conduct a concrete scan on a house slab.  The client required confirmation of steel reinforcement within slab, confirmation of slab beams and all information to be complied in a report.

107 Elizabeth Street Melbourne

Client, Arete, required core holes in concrete slab.  The difficulty was the concrete slab was 50mm below a wooden floor.  National Concrete Scanning and Coring were able to find a way to complete the job on time and under budget.

Client, National Plumbing, undertaking a tenancy fit out required a small trench in slab to enable a waste pipe to move.  National Concrete Scanning and Coring were able to use the coring rig to stitch together 5 cores, without fully penetrating the slab, to meet National Plumbing’s requirements.

Client, Construction Electrical Group, required concrete scanning in 5 locations throughout the shopping centre.  Before a drilling of the slab could commence Highpoint Shopping Centre require the slab to be scanned and reports.  National Concrete Scanning and Coring were able to complete the job with same day turnaround on reports.

Client, Intrec, requested National Concrete Scanning and Coring attend and locate old electrical conduit with concrete slab.  With our slab scanning technology and locating ability we were able to locate and provide a depth of the conduit within the slab.

The client, MelbCon, needed confirmation for engineering sign of steel reinforcement within block walls.  National Concrete Scanning and Coring were able to use their concrete scanning technology to locate and confirm the steel and compile comprehensive reports for the engineers.
